Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your socks. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed socks unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
